Classification

Evidence classes

Observed: Present in the public response and independently reproducible.
Deterministic: Computed from observed evidence by a fixed rule.
Inferred: Concluded from signals and explicitly labelled as inference.
Reviewed: Professional judgement attributed to the reviewer.
Recommended: A proposed action, never presented as an observation.
