Privacy, stated plainly.

Brittek Digital operates brittek.net. This policy describes the information processed through the public site, why it is used and how to request access, correction or deletion.

Visitor-provided

Information you submit.

Collection is limited to the forms and flows a visitor chooses to use. Public browsing alone does not require a name or email address.

Project and contact enquiries
When you submit a project brief or contact form, Brittek receives the contact details, organisation name and project context you provide. Those details are stored in Cloudflare KV and, when email delivery is configured, notified to the practice through Resend so Brittek can assess the request and reply.
Public inspections and evidence requests
Public inspection does not require a name or email address. Brittek stores the submitted public URL, scan timestamps, complete automated results, collection metadata and failures in Supabase to maintain an evidence and support history. Raw page HTML and visitor IP addresses are not included in that scan history. If you request the full evidence record, your name, email and submitted context are stored separately and linked to the scan. Cloudflare KV retains notification and recovery records; Resend notifies the practice when configured. The evidence record is revealed in the browser; this flow does not email the report to you.
Diagnostic

Paid diagnostic submissions.

System Diagnostic checkout
The diagnostic purchase flow sends the delivery email, target URL and order reference required to create a Stripe Checkout session. Stripe processes the payment. Brittek does not collect full card details on this website. After payment, Brittek may retain order records (including email and name) in Supabase when that persistence is configured, and may send a confirmation email through Resend.
Infrastructure

Infrastructure processing.

Cloudflare runtime
Brittek uses Cloudflare for delivery, security and runtime infrastructure (including Workers, KV and rate limiting). Ordinary request metadata may be processed as part of operating and protecting the service. Brittek does not run third-party advertising on this site and does not sell personal information.
Purpose

How information is used.

  • Respond to enquiries and administer agreed work.
  • Fulfil an evidence request or System Diagnostic order you explicitly initiate.
  • Create, verify and support paid diagnostic orders.
  • Protect the service, investigate faults and maintain operational integrity.
  • Submitted contact details are not used for unsolicited marketing.
Retention

How long records are kept.

Brittek retains enquiry, evidence-request, order and operational records only for as long as they remain reasonably required for the request, engagement, accounting, security or legal obligations that created them. A single universal retention period is not applied to every record type.

Rights

Access, correction and deletion.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Brittek. A request may be limited where information must be retained to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

Privacy requests can be sent to hello@brittek.net.
