Overview

Brittek Digital operates brittek.net. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising. We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and respond to project enquiries.

Information We Collect

Contact and project enquiries. When you submit a brief or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage the engagement.

Visibility scanner. When you use the visibility scanner tool, we collect the URL you submit and, if you request a full report, your email address. Scan results are stored to improve the diagnostic tool and may be used to follow up with relevant studio services.

Usage data. We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and edge delivery. Cloudflare collects anonymised traffic analytics including page views, geographic region, and device type. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through project enquiries is used to assess fit, prepare proposals, and manage the engagement. Email addresses collected through the visibility scanner may be used to send a single follow-up with your full report or relevant studio offerings. We do not add contacts to marketing lists without explicit consent.

Data Storage and Retention

Project enquiry data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. Scan data is stored in Cloudflare KV with a rolling retention period. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@brittek.net.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@brittek.net to exercise these rights. Requests will be acknowledged within five business days.
