Public work proof fails in a familiar way: the case study invents a metric the engagement never measured, or borrows a client identity the archive is not cleared to show. The surface then argues for evidence while manufacturing it. Brittek's rule is narrower. Work, archive and capability examples carry one major artefact plus factual perimeter metadata. Project metrics are not invented to fill a layout.

## Provenance is part of the artefact

Representative findings on the records surface are labelled `illustrative` when no approved client dossier exists. They demonstrate the shape of a finding — condition, evidence class, observation separated from recommendation, verification method — not a result achieved for anyone.

The exception that proves the rule is a verified record about Brittek's own public property: reproducible by anyone, tied to a recorded method version. Synthetic "verified" proof would be the manufactured claim the surface exists to refuse.

## Implementation plates, not performance theatre

Frontend doctrine treats source media as evidence to be converted into structural geometry, not as a photograph that implies success. Labels and dimensions must be factual. Severity and remediation sit on observable conditions (`SURFACE → OBSERVABLE ISSUE → EVIDENCE → SEVERITY → REMEDIATION`), not on ranking or traffic stories that were never in scope.

## Empty is honest

When no cleared client project entities are ready for the public graph, the honest publishing state is an empty public project set — not filler case studies. Roadmap offers that behave like a catalogue without a purchase path are removed for the same reason: the human surface and the machine surface must agree.

## What this note refuses

No anonymised "we improved X by Y%" claim appears here. Named client work joins the graph when each item has a public evidence dossier and clearance. Until then, method and own-property verification are enough.
